Description

Lead planning and execution of large-scale IT projects, including infrastructure upgrades, software implementations, and digital transformation initiatives. Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage a Project Management Office (PMO) when required.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across departments, vendors, and external partners.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Track project performance using KPIs and project management tools, conducting risk assessments and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, prepare regular status reports, and manage change control processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT project management, including large-scale or enterprise-level projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management tools including Jira, Trello, and MS Project.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.
• Experience with ERP implementations, cloud migrations, or legacy system modernization.
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and cybersecurity compliance (e.g., SOC 2 audits).
