Description

You lead large-scale IT projects, including infrastructure upgrades, software implementations, and digital transformation initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and success criteria with stakeholders.
• Establish and manage a Project Management Office (PMO) when required.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and external partners.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Track performance using KPIs, conduct risk assessments, and manage change control.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT project management for enterprise-level projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficiency in Jira, Trello, and MS Project.
• Experience preparing status reports and managing stakeholder communication.
• Ability to facilitate effective communication between technical teams and executive leadership.

Preferred Skills

• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.
• Experience with ERP implementations, cloud migrations, or legacy system modernization.
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and cybersecurity compliance (e.g., SOC 2 audits).
