IT Project Manager

You will manage IT projects through the entire delivery lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, covering timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and cross-team dependencies.
• Lead phase gate reviews, ensuring all deliverables and cross-functional inputs are ready for approval at each governance stage.
• Coordinate project activities across internal teams, vendors, and delivery partners to meet objectives.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
• Manage all project communications, ensuring timely updates to sponsors, senior management, and global stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience delivering complex, cross-functional programs.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Proven enterprise experience leading dispersed, global teams with vendors.
• Advanced proficiency in project life cycles (waterfall, agile, iterative development).
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
