Description

We’re seeking an experienced IT Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead multiple technology initiatives across Agile and hybrid environments. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end delivery, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove roadblocks, manage risks and dependencies, and coordinate distributed technical teams and US-based stakeholders.
 

Core Requirements
12+ years of overall IT experience, including 4+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager and/or Scrum Master
Strong experience in IT Infrastructure, Systems Engineering, or Technology Operations
Proven experience with Agile/Scrum and hybrid project management
Experience managing multiple IT initiatives simultaneously
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills
Experience working with US/North America-based teams
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
 

Key Tools & Technologies
Jira – Agile boards, backlog management, sprint velocity, and reporting
Power BI – Dashboards, analytics, and project/resource reporting
ServiceNow – ITSM and project workflows
Microsoft 365 – Project coordination, documentation, and collaboration
 

Key Responsibilities
Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocations
Manage multiple projects from planning through successful delivery
Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Act as an Agile facilitator, remove blockers, and drive dependency resolution
Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery timelines
Coordinate geographically distributed technical teams and US-based stakeholders
Partner closely with Enterprise Technology Operations, Systems Engineering, and Infrastructure teams
Ensure effective communication, progress tracking, and stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle
