Description

You will lead IT projects and Scrum teams to deliver within schedule, scope, and budget.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deliver assigned IT projects within predetermined schedule and budget, ensuring alignment with scope and milestones.
• Define requirements and plan the project lifecycle, including deployment approach and stage-wise execution plans.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives) and support Scrum of Scrums or scaling activities.
• Identify project risks and issues, drive mitigation and contingency planning, and ensure timely resolution of impediments.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of progressive IT and business project management experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Planning and end-to-end project execution across schedule, scope, and budget.
• Agile delivery leadership, including Scrum practices and coaching teams on Agile principles.
• Budgeting and resource planning for project stages, including tracking progress and reporting against plans.
• Scrum Master execution: sprint metrics, team delivery outcomes, and maintaining project documentation using established methodology.
• Jira and Confluence usage for Agile delivery and documentation.
• PSM or CSM certification.

Preferred Skills

• SAFe experience.
