Description

You will lead project execution and facilitate Agile delivery within the team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies including standups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Track progress and maintain Azure DevOps dashboards and project documentation.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to define scope and release schedules.

Required Skills

• 5–7 years in IT project management.
• 3–5 years leading Agile/Scrum teams.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, or SAFe methodologies.
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• Experience in IT software/cloud projects and stakeholder management.

Preferred Skills

• Agile/Scrum Master certification.
