Description

You will lead complex, large-scale IT projects from inception through delivery.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain short-term and long-term roadmaps and timelines using project management tools.
• Manage project risks, conducting assessments and developing mitigation strategies.
• Define and control scope, schedule, and change management processes for complex initiatives.
• Communicate project status, risks, and decisions to all levels of leadership and technical teams.
• Manage projects involving internal controls and quality assurance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience managing large, complex projects across multiple systems.
• Proficiency in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes.
• Working knowledge of Agile Methodology and SAFe Concepts.
• Experience developing project roadmaps and timelines in tools like Microsoft Project.
• Strong ability to manage scope, schedule, and change requests.
• Proven experience in risk assessment and management within large organizations.
• Demonstrated skill in influencing and collaborating with senior leadership (VP, Director level).
