Description

Lead the full project lifecycle for technical initiatives focusing on IT compliance, security, and operational controls.

Responsibilities

• Manage project lifecycles from planning to post-implementation stabilization, ensuring delivery within scope, cost, and quality constraints.
• Lead multi-disciplinary technical teams and vendors to deploy projects involving logical access, application security, and IT change management.
• Develop project charters, schedules, work breakdown structures, and status reports to track milestones and program health.
• Identify risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies and escalating critical blockers to leadership.
• Oversee SAP master data alignment with Workday and manage SAP purchase requisition to PO approval workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of related experience in IT project management.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and technical design specifications.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with SQL and query tools.
• Knowledge of C# .NET Framework (versions 2.0 through 4.6).
• Knowledge of ASP and ASP.NET Web API.
• Technical familiarity with HTML5, JavaScript, CSS2/3, jQuery, SSIS, and SSRS.
• Experience managing vendor negotiations and contract commitments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Ariba implementation.
• Knowledge of IT SOX audit cycles and control environment improvement.
