Description

You will drive the execution of the CRM IT Plan, ensuring all project goals and timelines are met.

Responsibilities

• Execute the CRM IT Plan while maintaining alignment with project objectives and timelines.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure timely task completion.
• Identify project delays, perform root cause analysis, and propose recovery actions or escalations.
• Facilitate resolution discussions for project challenges and implement remedial actions based on impact assessment.
• Maintain project schedules, track progress, and provide status updates on milestones and critical issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Project or Program Management.
• Direct experience managing CRM-related IT projects.
• Proficiency in MS Project and other project management tools.
• Demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and monitor complex project deliverables.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with experience working across cross-functional teams.
• Analytical thinking skills to assess project risks, delays, and issues.
• Clear verbal and written communication for project reporting and collaboration.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
