Description

You will lead technical teams and manage application support to ensure resolution within established SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Lead major incident resolution and perform root cause analysis for complex technical problems.
• Act as the primary liaison between business users, application owners, and technical support teams.
• Direct team members by assigning tasks, reviewing work, and providing technical coaching.
• Conduct impact analysis for infrastructure and application upgrades in collaboration with Release Management.
• Develop scripts for data correction utilities and code JILs for job scheduling via Autosys.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in application development or support coupled with infrastructure experience.
• Extensive experience with databases including Sybase, DB2, SQL Server, Oracle, Postgres, and NoSQL.
• 7-10+ years of scripting experience using UNIX Shell, Perl, or Python.
• 7-10+ years of troubleshooting Unix/Linux, Networks, Firewall, Authentication, Security, DNS, and GTM/LTM.
• 7-10+ years of experience with job automation tools like Autosys or BladeLogic.
• Strong proficiency with Oracle Fusion Middleware Stack and technologies such as WebLogic, webMethods, Apache, Tomcat, MQ, and IIS.
• 3-5+ years of experience working with Agile, Kanban, or Scrum methodologies.
• 3+ years of experience with log monitoring tools like LogLogic, Splunk, or Kibana.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services including EC2, EMR, ECS, S3, SNS, SQS, CloudFormation, CloudWatch, and Lambda.

Preferred Skills

• Financial services industry experience.
• Proficiency in Java-based technologies including JEE, JSF, JPA, JSP, Web Services, XML, and JDBC.
