Description

You will lead complex digital product delivery and underwriting initiatives, managing technical projects from inception through release.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical projects using SDLC, Agile, or PMLC processes across engineering, product, and underwriting teams.
• Oversee implementation of AI solutions and support large-scale technology modernization efforts.
• Manage project scope, budgets, risks, and resources while mentoring team members.
• Synthesize complex technical information into clear executive summaries for senior leadership.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on Program/Project Management experience.
• Technical background working directly with development teams.
• Strong SDLC experience with familiarity using Jira or Confluence.
• Agile Scrum Master certification and practical Agile delivery experience.
• Experience implementing AI or automation tools within the SDLC.
• Proven track record leading complex technical projects and managing people.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field.
• Knowledge of mortgage, underwriting, or financial services industry.
