Description

Lead IT project delivery, focusing on migrating legacy functionality to the Microsoft platform using an MVP approach.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT projects to ensure timely and successful delivery.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and deliverables.
• Identify risks and dependencies while developing mitigation strategies.
• Communicate project status and technical concepts to stakeholders, product owners, and development teams.
• Drive project activities and allocate team resources to align with organizational objectives.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience managing IT projects with a proven delivery track record.
• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.
• Expertise in Pension Systems analysis and improvement.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL.
• Familiarity with Agile or iterative development methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Accounting Systems and concepts.
