Lead daily delivery for the Life Insurance Worksite program, driving schedule, governance, and cross-functional execution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive schedule adherence and governance for technology programs.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and handle risks and dependencies proactively.
• Provide crisp reporting and maintain team accountability.
• Remove blockers and create clarity for cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of project management experience.
• Strong background in the insurance domain.
• Experience delivering technology programs.
• Proficiency with Eis, Guidewire, and Duck Creek.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Preferred Skills

• 5 years tenure in current or previous relevant roles.
