You will manage the delivery of IT portfolios, products, and programs while maintaining strict financial oversight and PMO governance.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, accruals, capitalization, and monthly variance analysis.
• Maintain project metadata, milestones, and health status within Planview.
• Coordinate with Release Train Engineers and Scrum Masters to align roadmaps and PI plans with project tasks.
• Execute vendor management tasks including contract tracking and invoice reconciliation in Coupa.
• Ensure compliance with SOX/SOC1 requirements and internal audit standards.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in IT project management.
• Proficiency with Planview for project and financial tracking.
• Experience with Coupa for procurement and contract management.
• Strong accounting skills for managing accruals, amortization, and capitalization.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to perform detailed variance analysis and financial reporting.
• Experience managing both Waterfall and Agile product financials.

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and SAFe frameworks.
• Experience monitoring time reporting accuracy and investigating forecast versus actual time trends.
