Description

You will lead large, complex software application development and implementation projects across the enterprise.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own full end-to-end accountability for project management from initiation through deployment and warranty.
• Manage project teams of more than 10 members using Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies.
• Lead business requirements gathering and business process documentation.
• Direct the full Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
• Collaborate with vendor partners to deliver project solutions.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in IT project management.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Proven track record of managing at least two full lifecycle agile software development projects.
• Experience managing enterprise-wide IT projects related to software application development.
• Expertise in MS Project Professional, SharePoint, Visio, and MS Office Suite.
• Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree.
