Description

You will manage the full project lifecycle from scope definition through to post-project analysis.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Establish project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and senior management.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and associated communication documents.
• Identify and manage project dependencies, critical paths, and potential scope changes.
• Negotiate with department managers to acquire necessary personnel for project execution.
• Track deliverables, produce progress reports, and conduct project postmortems to identify improvements.

Required Skills

• 1-3 years of direct experience in project management, including process development and execution.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server relational databases.
• Technical competence with the Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong written and oral communication skills for stakeholder management.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and execute within high-pressure environments.
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities to handle shifting priorities.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration (MIS emphasis), or equivalent experience.
