Description

Lead the replacement of an existing order processing solution with a new system supporting pharmacy and e-commerce operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead project implementation involving internal development teams and external suppliers.
• Coordinate project activities with overall program management plans.
• Manage project resources and monitor execution against established budgets.
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate potential project risks.
• Oversee launch preparations, including testing, pilot implementation, and documentation handover.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT project management and large-scale system implementations.
• Understanding of order management systems within Retail in a unified commerce environment.
• Proven ability to manage technical teams, operations, and external suppliers.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across IT and operational departments.
• Structured and methodical approach to handling complex projects.
• Fluency in both Swedish and English.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in regulatory operations, order processing, or e-commerce.
