Description

Lead and execute IT projects to support business and technology goals.

You will own the end-to-end delivery of 3–5 simultaneous IT projects, managing milestones, budgets, resource allocation, and RAID logs. Facilitate project meetings, prepare minutes, and maintain comprehensive documentation. Lead internal staff, contractors, and vendors while communicating complex technical information clearly to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage 3–5 simultaneous IT projects from initiation to closure.
• Track project milestones, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Maintain RAID logs and project documentation.
• Lead cross-functional teams including internal staff and external vendors.
• Communicate technical updates and project status to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of experience in IT project management.
• Hands-on SDLC focus.
• Mandatory PMP certification.
• Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience managing IT project budgets and external vendors.
• Strong documentation, reporting, and forecasting skills.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps and Smartsheets.
• Experience using MS Project and Jira.
