Description

You will own Agile delivery and QA initiatives across Banking, Consumer Goods, Automotive, and IT Hardware domains.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Manage cross-team dependencies and refine backlogs by partnering with Product Owners to drive predictable delivery.
• Oversee QA processes, test planning, and release management for applications like SAP R/3 and Salesforce.
• Manage Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines and Copado release management across multi-team cycles.
• Mentor multiple Agile teams in Agile principles and drive metrics-based improvements using KPIs.

Required Skills

• 17+ years of IT experience with a focus on Agile Delivery, QA leadership, and Program Management.
• Proficiency in Agile frameworks: SAFe 5, Scrum, and Kanban.
• Experience managing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise systems including SAP R/3 and Salesforce.
• Familiarity with test management tools such as Jira, Rally, and HP ALM/QC.
• Experience with automation scripting using Python.
• Strong background in stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and dependency management.
• ISTQB Certification or equivalent QA validation experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring onsite and offshore teams.
• Background in the Banking, Consumer Goods, Automotive, or IT Hardware domains.
