Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Delivery:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and success criteria.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
  • Monitor project progress and drive timely resolution of issues and blockers.
  • Ensure successful deployment, transition, and project closure.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Collaborate with business leaders, customers, vendors, and technical teams.
  • Facilitate steering committee meetings and governance reviews.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project status effectively.

Risk & Issue Management:

  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
  • Manage project issues, escalations, assumptions, and change requests.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational governance and compliance standards.

Financial Management:

  • Track project budgets, forecasts, and actual expenditures.
  • Monitor revenue, margins, and cost performance against plans.
  • Ensure efficient utilization of project resources.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead cross-functional teams across multiple locations.
  • Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Coach team members and support high-performance delivery practices.

Quality & Process Management:

  • Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and standards.
  • Establish project controls, reporting mechanisms, and quality checkpoints.
  • Drive lessons learned and continuous process improvements.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 8+ years of IT experience with 3+ years in project management.
  • Proven experience managing medium to large-scale IT projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or ServiceNow.

Preferred Certifications:

  • PMP (Project Management Professional)
  • PRINCE2 Practitioner
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
  • PMI-ACP
  • SAFe Agilist
