Description

You will lead end-to-end IT project lifecycles, focusing on software development and emerging technologies like GenAI.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, budget, timelines, resources, and risk mitigation throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Lead cross-functional teams of developers, engineers, and business analysts to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Define test plans and oversee quality control to ensure defect-free products prior to User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Facilitate stakeholder collaboration, from defining business requirements to communicating with executive steering committees.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies and managing software development lifecycles.
• Hands-on experience using JIRA for project tracking and management.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.
• Agile certification such as CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), PMI-ACP, or CSP.
• Strong understanding of data handling, privacy, and compliance standards.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and mentor technical project teams.

Preferred Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
