Description

You will manage the day-to-day execution of large, high-profile, and sensitive IT projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, requirements, and timelines to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Identify risks and critical paths, recommending effective mitigation strategies.
• Define testing protocols, acceptance criteria, and project tasks.
• Develop meeting agendas, handouts, and status reports to provide project visibility.
• Optimize processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs without sacrificing performance.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of successful project management experience with large-scale projects.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI.
• Experience managing business process, software, or hardware implementation and upgrade projects.
• Proficiency with Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Documented experience managing deliverables using SDLC and PMI frameworks.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Project, Microsoft Project Server, Excel, and Word.
• Experience using SharePoint for project management.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience working within a government entity (Federal, State, or Local).
• Experience supporting and managing public safety systems.
