Responsibilities

• Lead Agile and Scrum development projects from initiation to completion.
• Establish project frameworks including disciplined change control processes.
• Operate within a process-focused PMO environment to ensure project governance.
• Manage project lifecycles specifically tailored to government requirements.

Required Skills

• 5 years of experience managing IT projects in a government environment.
• 5 years of experience working in a formal, process-focused PMO.
• 5 years of experience initiating projects and managing disciplined change control.
• 4 years of experience managing Agile and Scrum development projects.
• Proficiency in Agile Methodologies and Scrum.
• Experience with PRINCE2 frameworks.
• Any graduate degree.
