Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure and engineering tool projects supporting Regional Data Centers (RDLs).
  • Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
  • Coordinate deployment of engineering applications across Mechanical, Electrical, PCB, FPGA, SI/PI, Thermal, and Product Engineering environments.
  • Drive infrastructure modernization initiatives involving compute, storage, virtualization, networking, and cloud integration.
  • Partner with infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, engineering, and business teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Manage projects involving engineering software implementations, upgrades, licensing, migrations, and lifecycle management.
  • Coordinate activities across geographically distributed engineering and infrastructure teams.
  • Ensure projects comply with security standards, governance policies, and change management processes.
  • Track milestones, deliverables, risks, and mitigation plans while providing regular executive status reporting.
  • Facilitate vendor coordination, procurement activities, and third-party integrations where required.
  • Support infrastructure planning for secure R&D environments, including air-gapped or isolated lab environments when applicable.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project management methodologies and delivery processes.


Required Qualifications

  • 12+ years of IT Project Management experience.
  • Proven experience delivering Regional Data Center (RDL) infrastructure projects.
  • Strong experience managing engineering application/tool deployments.
  • Experience delivering enterprise infrastructure projects involving:
    • Compute
    • Storage
    • Virtualization
    • Networking
    • Windows/Linux platforms
  • Experience managing cross-functional technical teams.
  • Strong understanding of engineering environments and infrastructure dependencies.
  • Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project methodologies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Strong experience using Jira, Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, or similar PM tools
