Description

You will manage IT projects, initiatives, and deliverables across a global team, spanning integration processes, hardware/software provisioning, and infrastructure deployments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple technical project deployments of varying complexity using SDLC and integration methodologies.
• Analyze requirements, create documentation, and manage implementation and deployment plans.
• Handle project issues and risks through proactive mitigation and resolution.
• Oversee hardware and software provisioning, procurement, and contract compliance with internal policies.
• Facilitate collaboration and negotiate with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and follow-up.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience managing IT projects and technical deployments.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and integration methodologies.
• Experience with IT infrastructure, networking, and datacenter migration.
• Familiarity with Microsoft email solutions and related infrastructure.
• Proven ability to interpret contracts and ensure compliance with policies and processes.
• Excellent collaboration, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously across global teams.

Preferred Skills

• Demonstrated experience in requirements analysis and technical documentation.
