Description

Lead execution of complex, phased M&A IT integration programs, owning delivery outcomes from planning through completion.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Translate business and technical objectives into structured, actionable project and integration plans.
• Build and manage detailed plans spanning multiple concurrent workstreams and complex interdependencies.
• Manage RAID logs, proactively removing blockers, driving actions to completion, and escalating risks as required.
• Provide clear, structured status reporting to stakeholders and leadership, supporting timely decision-making.
• Ensure delivery complies with internal standards and regulatory requirements while engaging technical and business teams.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of IT project management background, specifically with M&A integrations or large-scale technology initiatives.
• Demonstrated success leading multiple parallel workstreams with complex interdependencies.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure, cloud platforms, collaboration tools, and end-user computing environments.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, or Planner.
• Solid project governance capabilities, including planning, tracking, and reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline.
• Clear, concise communication style suited for executive and cross-functional audiences.
