Description

You will manage IT project lifecycles, documentation, and stakeholder communications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead project team meetings, managing agendas and recording minutes.
• Maintain project documentation including charters, risk/issue logs, schedules, and lessons learned.
• Develop and report on project metrics, labor hour forecasts, and schedule confidence ratings.
• Present project updates and respond to ad hoc data calls for leadership.
• Translate strategic direction into tactical actions and execution.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in project management.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow and Power BI.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience managing MS Timeline.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Prosci certification.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Certified Implementation Scrum Master (CISM).
