Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for digitizing the IT portfolio and enhancing portfolio management practices.
• Design scalable processes for digital portfolio management in coordination with stakeholders.
• Lead change management efforts to facilitate the transition to digital processes and drive adoption.
• Maintain reporting mechanisms to track digitization progress and provide insights to senior management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate digital solutions through clear stakeholder communication.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Proven experience in Change Management.
• Ability to design and establish digital portfolio management processes.
• Experience in strategic planning for IT digitization.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Degree in any field.
