Description

Manage end-to-end delivery of IT projects, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and timeline requirements. You will coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors while maintaining comprehensive documentation and reporting performance to management.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans and track progress to ensure timely delivery.
• Define project scopes and objectives, validating technical feasibility with stakeholders.
• Manage project risks, scope changes, and resource allocation.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and report status to leadership.
• Manage relationships with clients, stakeholders, and external vendors.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector.
• Solid technical background with hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
• Proven experience in budgeting, analysis, and resource management.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client-facing and internal interactions.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to perform risk management and problem-solving.

Preferred Skills

• PMBOK/PMP or PRINCE II certification.
