Description

You will manage medium to high complexity IT projects focused on endpoint device refreshes, including desktops, laptops, and printers.

Responsibilities

• Track and report endpoint device refresh progress, including forecasts, inventory levels, and budget burndown.
• Manage project budgets up to $1M, ensuring adherence to departmental and institutional guidelines.
• Lead project teams by soliciting technical input from senior resources and facilitating problem-solving activities.
• Communicate complex technical information clearly to management and end users while managing competing objectives.
• Direct project workflows to ensure completion on time, on budget, and in conformance with established methodologies.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of IT or Healthcare project management experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 4+ years with a Master’s degree.
• Proven experience leading projects using PMI Process Groups and Knowledge Areas.
• Strong endpoint infrastructure experience.
• Financial accounting experience and budget management expertise.
• Advanced data analysis skills utilizing Excel spreadsheets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
