Description

You will manage cross-departmental IT initiatives from conception through implementation.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business problems and identify software solutions to address procedural inefficiencies.
• Design programs, flowcharts, and technical specifications to meet user requirements and increase operating efficiency.
• Develop and execute complete test plans to ensure issues are identified, tracked, and resolved.
• Manage vendor relationships, including service selection, contract negotiation, and performance evaluation.
• Prioritize multiple concurrent projects and tasks to ensure successful delivery.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in a law firm or professional services environment.
• Proficiency with Waterfall methodology and Agile SDLC processes.
• Experience managing requirements via user stories and epics.
• Strong technical knowledge of software applications and design tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to interpret and manage technical design specifications.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or 10+ years of relevant experience.

Preferred Skills

• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
