Description

Lead the implementation and management of the Microsoft Viva project to enhance employee engagement and business performance.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the Microsoft Viva project integration.
• Collaborate with IT, HR, and Public Affairs stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure milestones are met.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for successful system integration.
• Monitor progress, mitigate risks, and provide regular status reports to senior management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT project management.
• Proven experience with employee experience platforms, specifically Microsoft Viva.
• Strong background in Yammer and related communication tools.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage external vendors.
• Experience with risk identification and mitigation strategies.
• Proficiency in tracking end-user training and adoption.
