Description

You will lead IT initiatives surrounding Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Warehouse Control Systems (WCS).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of WMCS projects, including WMS, WCS, automation, conveyor, and sorting systems.
• Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• Act as the primary liaison between IT, operations, vendors, and leadership.
• Create and maintain project charters, SOPs, test plans, and user guides.
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency and accuracy, leading gap analysis and system evaluations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of IT project management experience.
• 2+ years in warehouse, logistics, or distribution environments.
• Hands-on experience with WMS/WCS platforms such as Manhattan, Blue Yonder, SAP EWM, Körber, Honeywell, or Dematic.
• Strong project lifecycle management experience.
• Experience with project management tools including Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or Smartsheet.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

• PMP or CAPM certification.
• Experience with Atlasian tools (Jira & Confluence).
• Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
