Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Delivery

• Partner with the Project Manager to execute Phase 2 of the Asset Tagging initiative
• Maintain and manage project plans, including milestones, dependencies, and resource alignment
• Assign tasks, define ownership, and ensure accountability across teams
• Oversee day-to-day execution and ensure timely delivery of project milestones

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Collaborate with IT, Facilities, Asset Management, Operations, and external vendors
• Align stakeholders on tagging standards, execution processes, and timelines
• Identify and resolve dependencies and delivery blockers across workstreams

Issue & Risk Management

• Act as escalation point for risks, issues, and scope changes
• Proactively identify risks and support mitigation planning with the Project Manager
• Escalate critical issues with clear recommendations and impact analysis

Governance & Reporting

• Ensure adherence to governance frameworks, policies, and asset management standards
• Provide regular status reporting including progress, risks, issues, and milestones
• Deliver executive-ready updates to leadership and stakeholders

Required Experience & Skills

• Proven experience leading or coordinating enterprise IT or operational programs
• Strong background in asset management, inventory tagging, or CMDB initiatives
• Experience working in structured governance and enterprise environments
• Strong cross-functional stakeholder management (IT, operations, vendors)
• Demonstrated execution leadership with task tracking and accountability ownership
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with phased program delivery and operational rollouts
• Ability to analyze complex datasets and provide actionable insights
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
