Description

You will lead the execution and delivery of the Phase 2 Asset Tagging initiative, ensuring timely milestone completion and resource alignment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Project Manager to execute Phase 2 of the Asset Tagging initiative and manage project plans, milestones, and dependencies.
• Assign tasks, define ownership, and ensure accountability across IT, Facilities, Asset Management, Operations, and external vendors.
• Identify and resolve delivery blockers, acting as the escalation point for risks, issues, and scope changes with clear impact analysis.
• Provide regular status reporting and executive-ready updates on progress, risks, and milestones while ensuring adherence to governance frameworks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience leading or coordinating enterprise IT or operational programs.
• Proven background in asset management, inventory tagging, or CMDB initiatives.
• Strong cross-functional stakeholder management skills with IT, operations, and vendors.
• Demonstrated execution leadership with task tracking and accountability ownership.
• Experience with phased program delivery, operational rollouts, and structured governance environments.
• Ability to analyze complex datasets and provide actionable insights.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
