Description

You will manage all aspects of IT and software development projects, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Design communication plans including status reports, stakeholder interactions, and project metric reporting.
• Oversee project alignment and deliverables with Global Sourcing Partners in collaboration with the Vendor Management office.
• Develop project plans, schedules, financial tracking, risk management plans, and required project documentation.
• Apply Agile methodologies throughout the development lifecycle to facilitate continuous improvement.
• Act as a servant leader to resolve technical or operational problems and meet key milestones.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in project management with a focus on IT and software development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• PMP Certification (include certification number and active dates on your resume).
• Experience with Agile tools including Jira, Confluence, GitLab, or Kanban Boards.
• Strong understanding of business and operational processes.
• Demonstrated skills in conflict resolution, negotiation, and team management.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Scrum/Agile Certification.
• Domain expertise in SAP, SFDC, Cyber Security, Manufacturing Engineering Systems, or Infrastructure.
• Experience with Digital Transformation and automating manual project management processes.
• 5+ years of direct supervisory experience with virtual teams.
