Description

You will coordinate and lead multiple IT projects, acting as the liaison between business units and IT teams to drive technical solution delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project schedules, track deliverables, and report progress updates to the program manager.
• Identify potential issues impacting project delivery and coordinate execution under program manager guidance.
• Utilize IT project management methodologies to drive technical solution delivery in a matrixed environment.
• Collaborate with project teams, IT, and business units while managing stakeholder expectations.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for project tracking and resolution follow-up.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience coordinating various IT projects.
• Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience implementing HCM applications such as SuccessFactors or Workday.
• Proven skills in stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and conflict resolution.
• Intermediate-Advanced Excel and SharePoint/M365 tool competency.
• Familiarity with IT PMO processes and governance requirements.
• Strong vendor management and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP Ariba or Ivalua.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
