Description

You will coordinate and lead multiple assigned IT projects, acting as the liaison between the business and IT teams.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor project schedules and track deliverables, reporting progress updates to the program manager.
  • Identify potential issues that may impact project delivery and coordinate project execution under program manager guidance.
  • Utilize IT project management methodologies to drive technical solution delivery.
  • Collaborate with project teams, IT teams, and business units while managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required for project tracking and resolution follow-up.

Required Skills

  • 7+ years of experience successfully coordinating various IT projects in a matrixed environment.
  • Experience applying IT project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Proven skills in stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and conflict resolution.
  • Proficiency in communication, organization, and data presentation (status updates).
  • Familiarity with IT PMO processes and governance requirements.
  • Intermediate-Advanced Excel and SharePoint/M365 tool competency.
  • Experience implementing HCM applications such as SuccessFactors or Workday.
  • Strong vendor management and problem-solving abilities.
