You will coordinate and lead multiple assigned IT projects, acting as the liaison between the business and IT teams.
Responsibilities
- Monitor project schedules and track deliverables, reporting progress updates to the program manager.
- Identify potential issues that may impact project delivery and coordinate project execution under program manager guidance.
- Utilize IT project management methodologies to drive technical solution delivery.
- Collaborate with project teams, IT teams, and business units while managing stakeholder expectations.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required for project tracking and resolution follow-up.
Required Skills
- 7+ years of experience successfully coordinating various IT projects in a matrixed environment.
- Experience applying IT project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
- Proven skills in stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and conflict resolution.
- Proficiency in communication, organization, and data presentation (status updates).
- Familiarity with IT PMO processes and governance requirements.
- Intermediate-Advanced Excel and SharePoint/M365 tool competency.
- Experience implementing HCM applications such as SuccessFactors or Workday.
- Strong vendor management and problem-solving abilities.
