Description

You will manage mission-critical IT programs from initial concept through final implementation.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile practices including sprint planning, burn up/down tracking, and managing cross-functional scrum team dependencies.
• Develop detailed project execution plans covering resource allocation, budget management, progress metrics, testing, and deployment.
• Drive risk mitigation strategies and issue resolution in coordination with key stakeholders.
• Create project documentation to facilitate reviews, decision-making, and change control processes.
• Manage scrum teams by applying Agile principles, Lean design, and iterative feedback loops.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in IT project management and Agile scrum.
• Proven experience implementing systems at an enterprise level.
• Hands-on experience as a Scrum Master applying Agile theory and best practices.
• Deep understanding of enterprise data and analytics ecosystems.
• Proficiency with Agile tools and techniques, including Lean design and iteration management.
• Experience managing project lifecycles including testing, training, and on-time delivery within budget.
• Strong conflict resolution, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Knowledge of complex business processes.

Preferred Skills

• 10+ years of overall professional experience.
