Description

You will manage the full lifecycle of IT projects within a pharmaceutical context.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create project charters detailing scope, objectives, budget, and deliverables.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, and reviews.
• Liaise between technical teams, stakeholders, and management to remove roadblocks.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and manage project issues.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and complete all deployment stage gates.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Proficiency in Scrum methodology.
• Experience managing project budgets and resource allocation.
• Ability to develop detailed project plans and schedules.
• Solid understanding of technical concepts to align with development teams.
• Experience managing stakeholder expectations and communication.
• Familiarity with compliance standards related to IT deployment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in pharmaceutical or regulated industry environments.
