Description

You will manage technical work streams and lead the execution of design and development projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with lead functional developers to define, develop, test, and release new features.
• Provide technical guidance, project planning support, and design oversight for large-scale applications.
• Design test scripts and manage overall project quality as an expert tester.
• Solve functional and technical problems regarding assigned applications and infrastructure.
• Address urgent production issues by providing workarounds and bug fixes.

Required Skills

• Python development using Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
• Experience designing distributed asynchronous systems in immutable environments across multiple machines.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Kafka.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms including Microsoft Azure or AWS.
• Experience using GitHub and message broker systems like RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, or AWS SQS.
• Strong understanding of SQL Server or Oracle database technologies.
• Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and automation.
• Ability to work independently within defined projects to deliver results.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring junior staff.
• Background in strongly-typed languages.
