Description

You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of digital projects and product development from initiation through closure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines while managing resources and third-party vendors.
• Improve product development and rollout processes by implementing best practices and solving problems with stakeholders.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, document action items, and communicate strategy, requirements, and progress updates.
• Coordinate internal resources and offshore teams, accounting for significant time zone differences.
• Build strategic business cases and analyze business requests to determine successful resolutions.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience leading digital projects and product development.
• Deep expertise in the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency with Jira and Gantt chart tools.
• Experience managing offshore teams across different time zones.
• Skill in using flow chart tools for process mapping.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and handle shifting priorities.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
