You will manage release planning and coordinate organizational change management to ensure smooth transitions for end users.

Responsibilities

• Plan release cycles and schedule necessary workshops.
• Coordinate with the project team and Organizational Change Management to execute communication and training plans.
• Maintain up-to-date end user and support documentation, including user guides.
• Prepare status reports and presentations for project stakeholders.
• Analyze user personas to identify improvements for the end user experience.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in release coordination or project support roles.
• Proven experience in Organizational Change Management.
• Ability to develop technical user guides and support documentation.
• Experience working directly with project teams.
• Skilled in preparing formal status reports and presentations.
• Ability to identify and implement improvements for user experience based on persona needs.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience coordinating large-scale organizational change initiatives.
• Background in technical writing or user experience design.
