Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for coordinated management of multiple related projects and ongoing customer centric initiatives within Wealth Technology
• Develop and execute overall project plans and analyze project proposals which impact schedule and budget variance
• Identify and schedule program and project deliverables, milestones and required activities while understanding interdependencies between Technology, Operations and Business needs
• Work hand in hand with Business Project Managers and Technical Delivery Managers to manage stakeholders and relationships including escalation, expectation, conflict and scope changes
• Keep management and project sponsors abreast of project developments through periodic reviews and relevant documentation to communicate progress
• Manage all changes to the agreed scope of work and ensure all changes are approved by Program Steering Committee or appropriate Governance forums
• Organize and facilitate portfolio related meetings for Digital team to ensure that overall metrics are maintained for self and the whole team
• Manage the overall program risk profile, track risk aging, work through escalations, change governance and implement risk mitigation plans
• Partner with relevant stakeholders in ensuring that system development methodology is followed and relevant artifacts are delivered on time with quality
• Measure, monitor and report progress to stakeholders at various levels of organization across the enterprise with consistent quality and content

Experience Required: 12+ years of Technology project management experience, including large-scale Project and Program Management. Strong Technology understanding to effectively engage with Application and Infrastructure teams to drive project execution and delivery.

Education: Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Master's degree
