Description

You will lead and manage complex software development programs across the enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews for multiple teams.
• Determine and implement optimal delivery approaches (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) based on specific project needs.
• Support multi-team programs valued over $50M, managing dependencies across enterprise systems.
• Translate technical progress into executive-level insights to support leadership decision-making.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team performance and product quality.

Required Skills

• 8+ years in software development lifecycle (SDLC) environments.
• 5+ years as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach supporting enterprise-scale initiatives.
• Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, XP, SAFe).
• Proficiency with Agile tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, VersionOne).
• Working knowledge of Waterfall/Phase-Gate methodologies and MS Project.
• Experience working with traditional Waterfall/PRINCE2 project management methodologies.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation.
• Servant leadership with ability to influence without authority.
