Manage complex IT programs, oversee vendor governance, and ensure strict adherence to delivery standards and financial targets.

Responsibilities

• Maintain consolidated views of project workstreams, milestones, and dependencies while proactively resolving schedule risks.
• Own the IT risk and issues register, escalating critical items to leadership in a structured manner.
• Develop and deliver regular status reports, translating technical updates into clear insights for IT and business leadership.
• Manage project budgets targeting ≤5% variance, including accurate forecasting and financial reporting packages.
• Lead Statement of Work (SOW) creation and manage the full Purchase Order lifecycle through invoice reconciliation.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of IT Project Management experience managing complex, multi-workstream programs.
• Proficiency with Jira, ServiceNow, and Power BI for tracking and reporting.
• Strong financial acumen, including SOW/PO management, budget forecasting, and variance management.
• Demonstrated vendor governance and oversight experience.
• Experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) reviews in regulated environments.
• Excellent executive stakeholder communication skills.
• Hands-on IT Project Management experience in Network Infrastructure (LAN/WAN, Wireless), Server & Infrastructure, or Cybersecurity.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in highly regulated industries such as nuclear, utilities, or energy.
