Description

You will lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure, application, cybersecurity, and vendor-driven projects for Kane County.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, and RAID logs.
• Control scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and changes.
• Deliver clear executive updates and maintain governance documentation.
• Support RFP tasks including requirements, evaluations, and recommendations.
• Facilitate meetings and cross-team coordination with County stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 10+ years managing IT infrastructure, application, cybersecurity, or vendor implementation projects.
• Strong planning, scheduling, RAID, and reporting skills.
• Experience in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation abilities.
• Proficiency with PMP, CSM, or SAFe methodologies.
• Ability to work onsite with County stakeholders as required.

Preferred Skills

• RFP development and procurement coordination experience.
• Public sector or government project exposure.
