Description

You will manage application portfolio governance and lead multiple complex IT projects in parallel.

Responsibilities

• Lead chartering sessions and develop resource plans for program communications.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver results on schedule, on budget, and to specification.
• Manage project schedules by proactively identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
• Develop communication plans, meeting agendas, and progress updates for stakeholders.
• Define repeatable processes and use data analysis to improve business workflows.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of IT experience with at least 3 years in a project management role.
• Proven experience managing complex IT projects, including transformations or roadmap development.
• Deep understanding of IT operational models, cost components, and terminology.
• Proficiency with MS Project, MS Visio, PowerBI, and PowerApps.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies.
• Strong data analysis and visualization capabilities.
• Ability to manage work across global and virtual teams, including vendor partners.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• PMI - PMP certification.
• Experience with application portfolio management.
