Manage procurement for goods and services, owning the end-to-end purchasing workflow with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement processes for goods and services across the organization.
• Maintain complex spreadsheets and utilize Excel pivot tables for data management.
• Communicate professionally with vendors, executives, and internal stakeholders.
• Apply accounting and financial management knowledge to purchasing workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of procurement experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically advanced Excel (pivot tables, complex spreadsheets).
• Direct experience using the Cardinal System.
• Background in accounting and financial management.
• Strong analytical and data analysis skills.
• Degree in engineering.
• Proven ability to work in a teamwork-oriented environment.
• Technical support capabilities.
