Description

You will manage IT procurement, service delivery coordination, and helpdesk operations. You own the lifecycle of hardware and software purchases while ensuring accurate billing and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Process customer requests for IT hardware and software purchases.
• Generate and deliver sales quotes and invoices to clients.
• Coordinate with vendors and partners to manage quotes and product acquisitions.
• Monitor the helpdesk ticket queue, assign tasks to engineers, and follow up on aging tickets.
• Refine operational procedures and collaborate with management to improve service delivery.

Required Skills

• 2-3 years of experience in IT purchasing or administrative roles.
• 2-3 years of customer service experience, ideally within the IT services industry.
• Experience using Help Desk ticketing systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel.
• Foundational familiarity with information technology.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver accurate billing reports.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in refining and implementing operational workflows.
